What is the difference between Clear Whey Protein and Whey Protein?

Whey protein is the classic form of protein that has a richer texture and provides high-quality protein, without added sugar. Clear whey protein dissolves into a clear, juice-like drink. It’s light, refreshing, and delivers the same protein benefits.

Are Clear Protein Refreshers Dairy Free?

No, they are not. We use a dairy-based whey protein.

Are the Refreshers Lactose Free?

Our product contains whey protein isolate, which is derived from milk. Whey isolate is highly filtered and contains very little lactose, but it is not considered lactose-free.

Are Refreshers certified Gluten-Free?

Our Refreshers are not certified gluten-free. While they contain very low amounts of gluten, they have not gone through the certification process to be labeled as gluten-free.

How much caffeine is in each serving?

Our Refresher contains 45mg of caffeine per serving, which is considered a light caffeine boost. For comparison, that’s about half the caffeine of a typical cup of coffee, so it’s designed to give you a gentle lift without feeling too jittery.
