Our cushions are vacuum-packed for safe shipping. It’s normal for them to appear flattened or wrinkled when first unpacked. To restore full fluffiness:

Shake, pat, place in sunlight, or use low-heat hairdryer/iron. It will fully fluff in 2–5 days.

My cushion slips off the chair. How can I fix it?

Our cushions feature non-slip particles on the backing and adjustable straps. To prevent slipping:

Use the straps to secure it tightly. Ensure the chair surface is clean and dry. Non-slip backing prevents sliding; occasionally reposition if needed.

Can this cushion withstand rain or outdoor exposure?

Yes! The high-grade Oxford fabric is waterproof and UV-resistant. It can handle light rain, sun, and daily outdoor use. We recommend storing it indoors during heavy rain or snow to prolong its lifespan.

The cushion feels too soft or hard. Is this normal?

Cushions are filled with premium soft cotton for long-lasting comfort. Initial softness or firmness may adjust after a few days of use. Regular fluffing and sunlight exposure will help the cushion achieve its optimal comfort.
